The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: The South 25 feet of Lot 26 and the North 35 feet of Lot 27, Clearwater Manor, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 66, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A98-07) Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with, the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Cleric and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. .,y C) M -r, ?
