AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SUNNY PARK ROAD AND CITRUS STREET,
CONSISTING OF LOT 19 AND THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK D, SUNNY
PARK GROVES SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1404 CITRUS
STREET, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CITRUS STREET
AND THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SUNNY PARK
ROAD, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "EIGHT" (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance Is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan;
now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, Is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:
Property
Lot 19 and the west 40 feet of Lot 20, Block "D"
of Sunny Park Groves, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 2,
of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with the abutting right of-way of Citrus
Street and the East Y2 of the abutting right of-way
of Sunny Park Road. (A98-04) '

Single-Family Residential "Eight" - RS-8
Section 2. The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in
accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and
subject to the adoption of Ordinance No.6243-98.
