6243-98t1 RECORDING r03('-I/ C00E .?. iNT F ?S ?_. gat T F 1NST # 98--110006 APR 10, 1.998 12:24PM ORDINANCE NO. 6243-98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SUNNY PARK ROAD AND CITRUS STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 19 AND THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK D, SUNNY PARK GROVES SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1404 CITRUS STREET, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CITRUS STREET AND THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SUNNY PARK ROAD, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: Lot 19 and the west 40 feet of Lot 20, in Block "D" of Sunny Park Groves, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 2, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together •.w,with the abutting right-of-way of Citrus Street and the East % of the abutting right-of-way of Sunny Park Road. (A98-04) Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and " shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after adoption.
