6224-98INST # 98-047268 FEB 17, 1996 4:30PM ORDINANCE NO. 6224-98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND EAST OF OLD COACHMAN ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 27, BLOCK A, SUNSET POINT ESTATES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1934 ATLANTIS DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
