OI{F".RRC.BK 9906 PG 1000 AN ORDINANCE -OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, VACATING THE EASTERLY 2.5 FEET OF THE 5.0 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 14, BLOCK 60, - MANDALAY SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, WHEREAS, Justin Pfaelzer and Amy L. Connor, owners of real property located in the City of Clearwater, have requested that the City vacate the utility easement described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore, -70 i't , DS) Pic, CERT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following: Easterly 2.5 feet of the 5.0 utility easement lying along the west side of Lot 14, Block 60, Mandalay Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 32-35 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida "is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto. Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
