AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING THE SOUTH 6.0 FEET OF THE
WEST 53.0 FEET OF THE 10.0 FOOT DRAINAGE &
UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
LOT 510, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES, UNIT 613; PROVIDING o
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mark and Christine Balk, owners of real property located in the City of b

Clearwater, have requested that the City vacate the drainage and utility easement w r
described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for w z
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public ?
that the same be vacated; now, therefore, 0
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE tj r

CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The south 6.0 feet of the west 53.0 feet of the east 59.0 feet of the 10.0
foot drainage & utility easement lying along the north side of Lot 510,
?1. Momingside Estates, Unit 6B, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 82, of
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Cleric shall record this ordinance in the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
