INST # 97-442579, FEB 14, 1997 4:16PM ORDINANCE NO, 6119!!9Z PINELLAS COUNTY FLA. 014 OFF.REC.BK 9610 PG 1587 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, VACATING THE SOUTH 3.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 7.5 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT, LESS THE WESTERLY AND EASTERLY '10 FEET, AND THE EAST 2.5 FEET OF THE WEST 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT, LESS THE NORTHERLY 4.5 FEET, LYING IN LOT 5, BLOCK 1, BECKETT LAKE ESTATES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Jeanette W. Crabbe, owner of real property located in the City of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the utility easement described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE 11 RECORDtCITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: AT Q nL? -Section_ 1. Sectigr-2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
