ORDINANCE NO. 5476-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SUNNYDALE BOULEVARD; EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF PART OF LOT 2, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2088 AND 2090 SUNNYDALE BOULEVARD, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning-'district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached. (A93-21) IL - Limited Industrial Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. 4! t Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5474-93.
