C.BK 8472 PG 1390 s ORDINANCE NO. 5474-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SUNNYDALE BOULEVARD, EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF PART OF LOT 2, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2088 AND 2090 SUNNYDALE BOULEVARD, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: See Exhibit B attached hereto. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property.
