5443-93L 12 • ORDINANCE NO. 5443-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SKYLINE DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 27 SKYLINE GROVES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1985 SKYLINE DRIVE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO RESIDENTIAL LOW; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lot 27, Skyline Groves, according to From: Unclassified the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 22, public To: Residential Low records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 93-23} Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 33. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5442-93.
