5441-93 ORDINANCE NO. 5441-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY, PLATTED AND KNOWN AS "THE ESTATES OF SAND KEY," LOCATED ON SAND KEY EAST OF GULF BOULEVARD, SOUTH OF MARINA DEL REY AND EAST OF THE ISLE OF SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM MULTIPLE-FAMILY "TWENTY-EIGHT" RESIDENTIAL (RM-28) DISTRICT TO RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT "SIX" (RPD-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: a'. Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property All of the Estates of Sand Key, as recorded in Plat Book 108, Pages 21 through 23, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Z93-09) Zoning District From: Multiple-Family "Twenty-Eight" Residential (RM_28) To: Residential Planned Development "Six" - (RPD-6) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
