5396-93:A-!I , ORDINANCE NO. 5396.93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DORA DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 2,270 FEET EAST OF BELCHER ROAD AND ONE STREET NORTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 11, ROLLING HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2371 DORA DRIVE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lot 11, Rolling Heights Subdivision, From: Unclassified according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page I, To: Low Density Residential public records of Pinellas County, Florida (LUP93-09). Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 539593, and subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners. The Director of Planning and Development is authorized to transmit to the Pinellas County Planning Council an application to amend the Countywide Plan in order to achieve consistency with the Future Land Use Plan Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan as amended by thi's ordinance.
