AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF WOODLAWN STREET AND SOUTH FORT HARRISON
AVENUE, CONSISTING OF PART OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 24
SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1505
SOUTH FORT HARRISON AVENUE, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM COMMERCIAL RESORT "TWENTY-
FOUR" (CR-24) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance
with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:
Property Zoning District
See Exhibit A attached hereto From: Commercial Resort
(Z93-05). "Twenty-four" (CR-24)
To: General Commercial (CG)

Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
