5381-93a ORDINANCE N0. 5381-43 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF REGAL STREET AND SUNNY PARK DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 880 FEET NORTH OF BELLEAIR ROAD AND 1,280 FEET WEST OF HIGHLAND AVENUE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SUNNY PARK DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 3, SOLAR CREST SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1400 REGAL ROAD, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 6 (RS-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section l1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Lot 1, Solar Crest Subdivision, RS-6 according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 72, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right- of-way of Sunny Park Drive. (A93-08) Zo,niELg District Single Family Residential b Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5379-93, and subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5380-93, by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
