5373-93 ORDINANCE NO. 5373-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF BAYVIEW AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 1,050 FEET SOUTH OF GULF TO BAY BOULEVARD, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF BAYVIEW AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 716 BAYVIEW AVENUE, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 6 DISTRICT (RS-6); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached. RS-6 - Single Family 6 Residential (A93-Oh) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5371-93, and subject to approval of the land use category set forth in ordinance No. 5372-93, by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
