LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE PHILLIES' LEASE
Parcel l: That portion of Block D, New Country Club Addition as
recordea in Plat Book 20, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, bounded on the North by Palmetto Street, bounded on
the East by Missouri Avenue, bounded on the South by Seminole Street,
and bounded on the West by Phillies Drive.
Parcel 2: Block E, New Country Club Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 20, Page 64, of the Publ~c Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Less and except the East 60 feet and the North 12 feet.
Parcel 3: All of Block 1, and Lots 1 - 8, Block 6, Pinecrest Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 66 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with the abutting vacated Nicholson Street.
Less and except the North 5 feet and the West 10 feet thereof for street
purposes.
Parcel 4: That portion of Block D, New Country Club Addition as
recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, lying East of the right-of-way of Missouri Avenue,
less the North 12 feet, together with Lot 12, Block A, of said New Country
Club Addition. Less and except that portion lying within a replat of a
part of New Country Club Addition as recorded in Plat Book i25, Page 5,
of said public records. !
