ORDINANCE NO. 5366-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF NURSERY ROAD AND WINCHESTER ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY 1,320 FEET EAST OF BELCHER ROAD,
CONSISTING OF LOT 1, HULETT ESTATES, TOGETHER WITH THE
ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WINCHESTER ROAD, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1505 WINCHESTER ROAD, AS DESCRIBED
MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE FAMILY 6 RESIDENTIAL (RS-6);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification .as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in
compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
Property Zoning-District
Lot 1, Hulett Estates, according to the map RS-6 - Single Family 6
the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Residential
Book 56, Page 64, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with the abutting
right-of-way of Winchester Road. (A93-02)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5364-93, and subject
to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5365-93, by the
Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
