5350-93 ORDINANCE NO, 5350-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD 193, SOUTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND WEST OF LANDMARK DRIVE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2965 COUNTY ROAD 193, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "SIX" DISTRICT (RS-6) TO PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1, The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property See Exhibit A attached hereto. (z 93-01) zoning District To: Public/Semi-Public (P/SP) From: Single Family Residential RS-6 Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5349- 93 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioner.
