5343-93..».- °..li.'. « ?..+ . ? :?' v. «7...?w + i?a ? ei .?r w y «z•.' 151 ORDINANCE NO, 5343-93 -AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF BELCHER ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 720 FEET NORTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF A PART OF LOTS 7 AND 8, MOSELL ACRES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 308 NORTH BELCHER ROAD, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED OFFICE (OL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth- in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached hereto. OL Limited Office (A 92-13) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the city's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of ordinance No. 5341-93.
