ORDINANCE NO. 5340-93
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1,150 FEET WEST OF
HERCULES AVENUE AND 320 FEET SOUTH OF SHERWOOD STREET,
CONSISTING OF PART OF TRACT A, HERCULES INDUSTRIAL PARK,
WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1351 ARCTURUS AVENUE, AS
DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS INDUSTRIAL (IL); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in
compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section I. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:

section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5338-93.

plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 53, Page 57, of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of Tract A of said Hercules
Industrial Park; thence N 00021110" E (plat bearing and basis of
bearings for this description) 191.00 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continue N 001121110" E, along the west boundary of said Tract
A, being also the east right-of-way line of Arcturas Avenue, 220.82
feet; thence S 89020148" E (plat bearing is S 89020105" E) along the
westerly projection of the north boundary of Lots 21 through 30 of
said Hercules Industrial Park, 286.00 feet; thence S 00021110" W,
parallel to the west boundary of said Tract A, 189.88 feet; thence
