5329-93 ORDINANCE NO. 5329-93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BELCHER ROAD AND MANOR BOULEVARD NORTH, APPROXIMATELY 1,370 FEET SOUTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 17, CLEARWATER MANOR SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2200 NORTH MANOR BOULEVARD, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to z H annex the property into the City pursuant t^ rection 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all appli a4 ?- clorida law in connection with this ordinance; now, the? 7 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: OF Section 1. The following-descriur, nnexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are recet?ned accordingly: Lot 17, Clearwater Manor Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, page 66, of the public records { of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Belcher (load. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts 'the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other ' dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning and Development Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. Section 3.
