5323-92a ORDINANCE NO. 5323-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF U. S. HIGHWAY 19, APPROXIMATELY 1,750 FEET NORTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 1, CLEARWATER 19 COMMERCE PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 22067 U. S. HIGHWAY 19, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM INDUSTRIAL (IL) TO INDUSTRIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (IPD); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: i Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property Lot 1, Clearwater 19 Commerce Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 1, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Z92-01) 12 Zoning District From: Industrial (IL) To: Industrial Planned Development (IPD) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4.
