5316-9204 A ORDINANCE NO. 5316-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF DRUID ROAD, !NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF DRUID ROAD AND JEFFORDS STREET, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1234 DRUID ROAD, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM RESORT COMMERCIAL "TWENTY-FOUR" (CR-24) 1.0 PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Resort Commercial "Twenty-four" - CR-24 (Z92-13) To: Public/Semi-Public Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5315- 92 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioner.
