5297-92I, 0 ORDINANCE NO. 5297-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTH OF JONES STREET, WEST OF OSCEOLA AVENUE, AND SOUTH OF A LINE LOCATED 100 FEET SOUTH OF CEDAR STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, RECREATION, COMMERCIAL/TOURIST FACILITIES, INDUSTRIAL, AND PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC TO CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth herein is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: r Property See Exhibits A and B attached hereto. (LUP 92-1) Land Use Category From: Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Recreation, Commercial/Tourist Facilities, Industrial, Public/Semi-Public To: Central Business District Section 2.
