5293-92•f.?? .•f' ;'r'•..i .:i,. v?r' ic'y' YY-'; __ --s •,y. w'?',y;y,y? `%f'^- r.?.+?.y'4r: Y, S Yi'.L.i t.rl ORDINANCE-NO. 5293-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED TWO BLOCKS EAST OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND ONE LOT SOUTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 2, BLOCK A, CLEARWATER HIGHLANDS UNIT A, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1867 EAST DRIVE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Lot 2, Block A, Clearwater Highlands Unit A Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 95, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5292-92, and subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
