AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD AND
TAMPA BAY, APPROXIMATELY 550 FEET WEST OF BAYVIEW
AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 17 AND PART OF LOT 2, WILLIAM
BROWN'S SUBDIVISION OF BAYVIEW, WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 2975 GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, AS MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT (RMH);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in
compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:

Lot 17 and the South 56.44 feet of the RMH - Mobile Home Park District
West 153.92 feet of Lot 2, William
Brown's Subdivision of Bayview,
according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Boob: 1, Page,13,
of the public records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County
was once a part, together with the abutting
right-of-way of Rogers Street. (A92-11)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 33. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5238-92, and subject
to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5289-92 by the
Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
