A 0 ORDINANCE NO. 5286-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF SUNSET POINT AND BELCHER ROADS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2201 SUNSET POINT ROAD, FROM RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE TO COMMERCIAL/TOURIST FACILITIES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Pro ert See Exhibit A attached hereto. (LUP 92-14) Land Use Category From: Residential/Office To: Commercial/Tourist Facilities Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
