Dear Merrett:

the annual rent due on the minor league complex for the year
1971. I have just returned from a weeks stay in Clearwater
and I must say that the City of Clearwater can be very proud
of the appearance of the complex as I saw it last week. I
expect to return to Clearwater sometime this week and I will
stop in to say hello to you and the rest of the good folks
in the Municipal Building.
