ORDINANCE NO. 5246-92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF DEXTER DRIVE,
CONSISTING OF LOT 21, BLOCK A, DOUGLAS MANOR LAKE
SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1457 DEXTER
DRIVE, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF DEXTER
DRIVE, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL "SIX" DISTRICT (RS-6); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in
compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
Property
Lot 21, Block A, Douglas Manor Lake
Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
37, Page 99, of the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with
the abutting ri ht-of-way of Dexter
Drive. (A91-04?
Zoning District
RS-6 - Single-Family Residential "Six"
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5244-92, and subject
to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5245-92 by the
Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
