5215-92 Awk rwmq 0 ORDINANCE NO. 5215-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND,-USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHERRY LANE, WEST OF McMULLEN BOOTH ROAD CONSISTING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3053 CHERRY LANE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property The East 100 feet of the West 200 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 110 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
