to Lease Agreement dated as of September 26, 1966, hereinafter
referred to as the" "Lease Agreement 11, by and bet"reen THE CITY OF
CLEARVJATER, FLORlni'l~_, a municipal corporation existing by and lillder
the authority of the laws of the state of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as the "Lessor", and THE PHILADELPHIA NATIONAL lEAGUE
CLUB, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, hereinafter referl~ed to
as the "Le s see" ,
WITNESSETH
WREPRI\S, lBssor and Lessee have entered into a lease
Agreement relating to a certain tract of land situated in the
City of Clealvater more particularly described therein; and
vfHEREAS, Lessor has agreed to construct the Impr'cvements
described in the Le2>se Agreement vJith funds provided by Lessee and
Lessor has determined on the basis of bids received by it that the
sum of $250,000 will be required to pay the cost of all of the
Improvements required by the lBase Agreement; and
W-BEREAS, the parties desire to amend the lBase P~reement
to reflect the increased cost of the L~prOV8m8nts.

IT IS, THEREFORE ~ AGREED TF.p,rr FOR AND IN
CONSillERATION OF ~m MUTUAL PERFORtvrANCE
OF THE CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN:
1. The figure "$200,000" which appears in the lBase
Agreement 1[1 line 3 of the second Hhereas clause on page 2,:Ln line 2

of Paragraph 4 on page 3 and in line 2 on page 4 is Blllended to
read "$250,000".
2. Except as amended hereby, all of the terms, covenants,
conditions and provisions of the Lease Agreement are hereby ratified
and confirmed.
