5209-92 w ORDINANCE NO. 5209-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF McMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 10, OAK CREEK AT COUNTRYSIDE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3407 OAK CREEK DRIVE EAST, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-2); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (i) ,nment of a zoning district classification as set forth Lund to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in law; now, therefore, NED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FLORIDA: 311owing described property located in Pinellas County, 'Flarida, is-' ereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property- Zoning-District Lot 10, Oak Creek at Countryside RS-2 - Single-Family Residential Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 20, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A 91-05) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5207-92, and subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5208.92 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
