5208-92 0 W ORDINANCE NO. 5208-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF McMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 100 OAK CREEK AT COUNTRYSIDE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3407 OAK CREEK DRIVE EAST, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as nrd i nance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate i Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land :omprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amender ase category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lot 10, Oak Creek at Countryside From: Unclassified Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in flat Book To: Low Density Residential 82, Page 20, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 91-06) ' Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5207-92, and subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
