!rte ...r..- ORDINANCE NO. 5207-92 P AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF McMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 10, OAK CREEK AT COUNTRYSIDE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3407 OAK CREEK DRIVE EAST, INT" -'E-CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REOFFT"4RY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE G AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owns ? escribed herein and depicted on the map attached hereto ? oned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into a C) ' ion 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has compiie uri applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: Lot 10, Oak Creek at Countryside Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 20, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning and Development Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and c20 7 4- shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after adoption.
