AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
'COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LANE? USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 8, UNIT 1,
CRYSTAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS
IS 3169 DREW STREET, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:
Property Land Use Category
Lot 8, Unit 1, Crystal Heights From: Unclassified
Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book To: Low Density Residential
28, Page 64, of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 91-01)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan, and subject to the approval of the
land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5204-92, and subject
to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of
County Commissioners.
