AMENDM.ENT TO SUBIEASE AGREElVlEl'JT
~ID~~~T made as of the~~~day of November~ 1966 to
Sublease Agreement dated as of September 26~ 1966~ hereinafter
referred to as the IISublease Agreement 1', by and between TBE
"PllIlA:O:I1~lJPHIA NATIONAL lEAGUE CLUB~ INC. ~ a Penns;ylvania corporation,
hereinafter referred to as the "Club"~and THE CITY OF CLEARwATER,
FLORmA~-a mUIlicipal corporation existing by and under the authority
OT the laws of the state of Florida~ hereinafter referred to as
the "City II .
WITNESSETH
WBERFAS, Club and City have entered into Sublease Agreement
relating to a certain tract of land situated in the City of Clear-water
and more parti.cularly described therein; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Sublease Agreement to
increase the annual rental payable by City during the original term
of Sublease Agreement.
IT IS ,THEREFORE, AGPiliED T::rffiT FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION OF TEE MmT(JAL PERFOPJYIANCE
OF T1-ill COl'IDITIONS CONTAIl\lED HEPEIN:
1. }1aragraph 2 of Sublease Agreement is here by amended
to read in full as follows:
l1The cml1ual rental to be paj.d Club by City for the use of
the premises shall be $35,000 per year in 1967, 1968 and
1969, $25,000 in 1970 and $20,000 &'IDually thereafter until
and including 1970. City covenants a~d agrees to pay the
Brillual rental herein specifi.ed in one lump sum on April 30
of each year during the original term of this agreement
commencing on April 30, 1967 and continuing annually there-
after until and including April 30, 1976. 11

2. Except as amended hereby, all of the terms, covenants,
conditions and provisionf of Sublease Agreement are hereby ratified
and confirmed.
