5198-92 WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, ORDINANCE NO. 5198-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF BELCHER ROAD AND WEST OF MANOR AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 22 AND THE NORTH FIVE FEET OF LOT 23, CLEARWATER MANOR SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1750 WEST MANOR AVENUE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: r Property Lot 22 and the North 5 feet of Lot 23, Clearwater Manor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 66, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 91-9) Land Use Category From: Unclassified To: Low Density Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5197-92.
