ORDINANCE NO. 5183-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANCE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF UNION STREET, SOUTH OF ASHLAND DRIVE, AND EAST OF BEECHER ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 50, CITRUS HEIGHTS MANOR, FIRST ADDITION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS-1919 ASHLAND DRIVE, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. t WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, °F IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lot 50, Citrus Heights Manor, First From: Unclassified Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, To: Low Density Residential Page 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 91-13) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5182-92.
