the main attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C014MISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section I. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Lot 50, Citrus Heights Manor, First Addition, accr,rding to the map
or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 29, of the public
' records of Pinellas County, Florida.
F Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby
