5164-92 ORDINANCE NO. 5164-92 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF STATE ROAD 60, EAST OF ELIZABETH AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 205 ELIZABETH AVENUE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on April 15, 1978, the former owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A entered into an agreement with the City of Clearwater, which agreement constitutes an application to annex said property into the City, and WHEREAS, said agreement is binding upon and enforceable against all subsequent owners of said property, and WHEREAS, the City now desires to. annex the property into the City, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: The North 70 feet of the South 820 feet of the East 150 feet of the West 980 feet of the Southwest 1/,4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range lb East, Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning and Development Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
