AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF NORTHEAST COACHMAN AND U. S. HIGHWAY 19
NORTH, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM
COMMERCIAL CENTER (CC) TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance
with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:
Property Zoning District
See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Commercial Center (CC)
(Z 91-02) To: Commercial Planned Development (CPD)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby, certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

the North right-of-way line of Northeast Coachman Road (State Road

Power Corporation right-of-way as recorded in Official Record Boole
1466, Pages 156 and 157, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida; thence along said East right-of-way line, N 00°58'03" E,
884.84 feet; thence N 01°12'20" E, 216.55 feet to a point on the
South right-of-way line of Stag Run Boulevard; thence leaving the
aforementioned East right-of-way line, S 88°43'14" E, 310.72 feet
along said South right-of-way line; thence continuing along said
South right-of-way line along a curve to the left that has a radius
of 470.00 feet, an arc length of 247.19 feet, a chord length of
244.35 feet, a chord bearing of N 76°12'46" E; thence N 61°08'45" E,
s 147.05 feet; thence along a curve to the right that has a radius of
475.00 feet, an arc length of 248.71 feet, a chord length of 245.88
feet, a chord bearing of N 76°08'45" E; thence S 88°51'15" E, 100,00
feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 19;
