ORDINAN,g£ NO. 5124-91 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING A PORTION OF PHASE II AND ALL OF PHASE III OF THE PARK PLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, LOCATED BETWEEN DREW STREET AND GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD (STATE ROAD 60)1 AND BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 19 AND HAMPTON ROAD, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM GENERAL OFFICE (OG) DISTRICT TO RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND OFFICE PARK RD DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: General Office (OG) (Z 91-01) To: Research, Development and Office Park (RD) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect as of the effective date of Ordinance 5142-91.
