ORDINANCE NO. 1778
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1978, AS AMENDED,
BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLIC'T'
-` HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONF'LIC'T'; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
HEREOF; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE
OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE,
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1978, the City Comminsion of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, hold a public henring on certain
proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed ehangam and amendments to the
zohing"atlas were approved by the City Coniminnion after Ito evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y TI-1E, CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWA'T ER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following deneribed property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197811, an arnanded, is amended to
indicate that fact as hereinafter not outs
Zoned as RS-50 - Sin le Family Residential District
The North 165 fact of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, lose the West
200 feet and less the East 30 feet, in Section 11, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida,

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provinion of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurlsdietion to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any hart thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.

Section 4. Any person, or persona, firm or corporation or association.,
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding'
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment in Jail for not
exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion
of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute
a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance a
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and act out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove act out.
Section 7, The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passages
