WHEREAS, on October 12,.1982, THE MILLS LAND DEVELOPMENT
GROUP, INC. was the owner of certain real property situated
and located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, and in the Northwest l/4 of Section 32,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on said date The Mills Land Development Group,
Inc. and the City of Clearwater, Florida, entered into an
agreement concerning annexation of such real property and
the procedures and payments to be required thereunder; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was recorded in O.R. Book 5436,
page 311 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Oxford/Concord Investments No. 1 is currently
the owner of a portion of said property which was the subject
of said Agreement and has made a payment under said Agreement
with respect to such property owned by Oxford/Concord Investments
No.1;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of NINETY-FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE ~~ 98/100 DOLLARS ($95,755.98),
together with interest accruing thereon in the sum of

), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
the City of Clearwater, Florida, the City of Clearwater, Florida,
does hereby acknowledge satisfaction of a portion of Paragraph
4a of said Agreement as to the CP Parcel containing 17.06 acres.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has
caused this Partial Satisfaction of Agreement to be executed
