Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain

proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance s
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197711, as amended, is amended to
indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned as RS-50 - Single Family Residential District
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of Section 19, Township
2,9 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run S 0100'
4911 E, 1, 360. 98 feet; thence N 89.56' 331' E, 2,431. 47 feet for
a P. O. B.; thence N 0.05121" W, 651.49 feet; thence N 8910010011
E, 300. 05 feet; thence S 0.0512111 E, 656.43 feet; thence
S 89'5613311 W, 300. 00 feet to the P. O. B. (Tract 7 of Countryside)
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repaled.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.

Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or, corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or ?
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment in Jail for not
exceeding sixty 60 Aa s orb both such fine and imprisonment in the discr.otion

Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance y,
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include-and set out

and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing 4
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
