1731 ORDINANCE NO. 1731 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR- WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (2) TO ENACT NEW ZONE I IE WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a) (1), (2), (3) AND (4) AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Subparagraph (2) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to enact new Zone 11E to read as follows: (2) For classification Sections 4-26 (a) (1), (Z), (3), (4) only,-' ZONE 11E. Consisting of the following described property: t From the center of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, run South 50 feet, West 896. 89 feet, 'South 710 feet to P. O. B.; thence East 140, 82 feet, South 0. 25 feet, East 167.73 feet, North 0. 25 feet, East 545.18 feet, Southeasterly along Went right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 19, 407. 11 feet, West 163. 22 feet, South 187.26 feet, West 7.70 feet, South 10 feet, West 568.78 feet, North 135 feet, West 220 feet, and North 455 feet to P. O. B. Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this Ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes. Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
