PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on October 12, 19R2, The Mills Land Development
Group, Inc. was the owner of certain real property situated and located
in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 16 East,
Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on said date the Owner and the City of Clearwater,
Florida, entered into an agreement concerning annexa tion of such real
property and the procedures and payments to be required thereunder; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was recorded in O. R. Book 5436, page
311 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said Owner is now making a certain prorated payment
as to the PS parcel and a partial satisfaction of said Agreement should
now be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Thirty Thousand
Six Hundred Forty- six and 40/100 Dollars ($30, 646.40), together with
interest accruing thereunder in the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-one and
12/100 Dollars ($371. 12), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
City of Clearwater, Florida, the City of Clearwater, Florida, does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of a portion of Paragraph 4a of said Agreement
as to the PS parcel containing 5.46 acres.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has
caused this Partial Satisfaction of Agreement to be executed this
15th
day of November, A. D. 1983.
