Florida, 196Z, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 17-5. Schedule of service rates.
(a) There is hereby established a uniform schedule of rates
and charges for the use or availability for use of the
utility as follows:
(1) Residential:
Single-family residences, duplexes, multifamily
residences, apartments, mobile home parks and
condominiums :
A monthly fixed charge of $4. 25 per unit per month
PLUS a charge of Z5? per 100 cu. it. of water used.
Hotels, motels and travel trailer parks shall be billed
at 1607o of the domestic monthly water charge, with
a minimum fixed charge of $4. 25.
(Z) Non-residential (Including commercial, office buildings
and industrial buildings):
The basic charge for all accounts shall be equal
to 160% of the monthly water bill in effect for that
size meter. However, the minimum fixed charge for
non-residential accounts shall be $4. 25.
(3) Service outside of the municipal limits:
Accounts outside of the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater shall be subject to a surcharge equal to
fifty per cent (50016) of the monthly sewer bill charges
as set forth in subparagraphs (1) and (Z) above.

ESTABLISH A NEW MAXIMUM UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF
RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF THE SEWERS;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
