--- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 28, 29 AND 32, ALL IN
TOWNSHIP Z8 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE
CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS ACCORDING TO THE
PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER PROPER ,
PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING TH EREON, ESTABLISH-
ING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE
FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from The Order of AHEPA Supreme Lodge requesting
the City to annex certain parcels of real estate described hereinafter, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on April 7, 1975, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set
up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning
and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said
parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1975, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,

been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective on Tune 26, 1975,
and it shall be enrolled in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a certified
copy thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida.

unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set
up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning
and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said
parcels of'real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section b (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1975, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public bearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section G (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
