Whereas City of Clearwater Ordinance No. 1397, annexing
and zoning certain properties, was recorded in the public
records of Pinellas County on July 27, 1972 in O.R. 38419
Pages 492-5069 and
Whereas, it has been determined that on Page 4 as recorded
a scrivener's or typographical error occurred relating to
zoning.
Now, therefore, to correct said error, there is now recorded
a corrected Page 4 of said Ordinance Nb. 1397 to properly
set forth the legal classification of zoning as shown thereon.
Corrected Page 4 supersedes and replaces the original Page
4.
T, R. G. Whitehead, duly acting City Clerk of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, hereby certify that the attached Page
4 of City of Clearwater Ordinance No. 1397 is now correct
and that the above statement is also true and correct.
